We can all relate to how challenging things are now - for everyone - whatever age you are.
The benefits of Yoga in helping people to feel good from the inside out are well documented. Having the chance to develop a yoga practice as a teenager is a lifelong skill - like riding a bike.
Yoga helps to improve your emotional and body confidence. It makes you a more resilient and tenacious person. It helps you to control feelings of anxiety and lifts your mood. A regular practice helps you to concentrate and to feel good about yourself.
You will become more relaxed, calm and ready to face whatever obstacles the world throws at you.
INTERESTED IN LEARNING YOGA?
Warriors & Eagles is a new weekly yoga class for teenagers aged 13-17 who want to learn the basics of yoga.
You don't have to be sporty or flexible to practice yoga. There is no competition or comparing yourself with others.
You do yoga for you, working at your own pace. It's time you give to yourself.
WHEN: Every Monday, 5.30 - 6.30pm - studio or online options.
YOGA COURSES FOR TEENS: Beginners short yoga courses are also running during the school holidays.

Yoga is also a suitable skill or sport - sign up to 12 weeks and I can be your assessor.
