Classes
Be Happy Yoga offers mixed ability vinyasa, hatha and restorative yoga classes plus one to one yoga therapy.
Classes for up to 8 people are held in a fully equipped garden studio.
The studio is kept spotlessly clean and heated with a Dyson heater/air purifier plus underfloor heating.
For times when you cannot come to a class or prefer to stay at home, you can also join online via Zoom and get the full yoga class experience via the big screen.
No two classes are the same and combine different yoga postures, sequences and breath work.
There is no such thing as a 'yoga body'. All classes are inclusive and suitable for all abilities. Beginners are welcome to try any yoga class.
Teens are always welcome to attend any class. Under 16s should attend with a parent initially and can then come to group adult classes by arrangement.

HOUSEKEEPING NOTES: If a class is not showing as available on the calendar it means it is full already. Please use the waiting list facility and you may be able to join if there is a cancellation, I check the schedule regularly. It is always best to book early to avoid disappointment and secure your spot.
All classes are in person but there is an option to come to any practice on Zoom. The online booking system is set up to allow 8 people only to each session. If you would like to come on Zoom, please let me know when you book as it means someone else could potentially take your place in the studio.
Polite request: My studio is an intimate space and the yoga practices are designed to enable the benefits of pratyahara (withdawal of the senses in preparation for meditation). Please don't come to the classes smelling strongly of cooking or without showering after a strong workout because it affects the other students. Thank you for your understanding.
One to one classes and individual yoga therapy are available at a time to suit you, please enquire for more information.

The Garden Room studio is a purpose built space for yoga practice - very well ventilated, with Dyson air purifier/heater, additional underfloor heating and a large screen for high quality Zoom classes as an alternative option.
