Be Happy Yoga offers mixed ability vinyasa, hatha and restorative yoga classes plus one to one yoga therapy.
Classes for up to 6 people are held in a fully equipped garden studio.
The studio is kept spotlessly clean and heated with a Dyson heater/air purifier plus underfloor heating.
For times when you cannot come to a class or prefer to stay at home, you can also join online via Zoom and get the full yoga class experience via the big screen.
No two classes are the same and combine different yoga postures, sequences and breath work.
There is no such thing as a 'yoga body'. All classes are inclusive and suitable for all abilities. Beginners are welcome to try any yoga class.
Tuesday at 6pm and 7.15pm is dynamic astanga vinyasa
Thursday at 6.15pm and 7.30pm is hatha yoga / slow vinyasa flow yoga class
Saturdays at 10am is vinyasa style yoga
HOUSEKEEPING NOTES: If a class is not showing as available on the calendar it means it is full already. Please use the waiting list facility and you may be able to join if there is a cancellation. It is always best to book early to avoid disappointment and secure your spot.
All classes are in person but there is an option to come to any practice on Zoom. The online booking system is set up to allow 6 people only to each session. If you would like to come on Zoom, please let me know when you book as it means someone else could potentially take your place in the studio.
One to one classes and individual yoga therapy are available at a time to suit you, please enquire for more information.
